Book Diana

Diana Patton is a recognized national speaker, presenting talks to organizations and women’s groups on identity, improving self image, and leading personal change. An attorney and former business executive, she consults companies large and small on their diversity efforts and improving employee engagement.

When you work with Diana, this is what you can expect:

I have never been more moved than I was listening to Diana Patton share her story. She inspired me and my entire staff to focus on being the difference in the lives of children. Her presentation is a must-see for anyone who comes in contact with school-aged students. She will make you laugh, think, and even cry. Your organization will be a better place after hearing her speak, and she will leave you with how to impact the lives of children and make the world a better place.”

Francis Scruci, Bowling Green city schools superintendent

Diana spoke to a group of students who needed to be spoken to.  Her story was inspirational.  I can’t thank Diana enough for the energy she brought to the audience.  It is difficult to find someone who can appeal to a variety of ages, but Diana certainly did that, and did it well.

Stephanie A. Williams, Principal, Lima Central Catholic High School

Diana has come in and worked with several of my teams over the years and is truly one of the most inspirational people. She really knows how to jump right in with a team and find their needs, strengths, and what they need to develop. Diana has a passion that resonates when she speaks to teams and challenges them to be more than just a team – she challenges them to be leaders with each other and in the community.

Coach Tandy Bradford and Assistant Athletic Director St. Ursula Academy

Diana is definitely a dynamic presenter and has a way to catch and keep an audience’s attention. As a participant, the information covered made me ask myself some difficult questions and kept me thinking long after the presentation was over.

Jodi M. Kruse,  AVP Training Manager at First Federal Bank

Diana is such a POWERHOUSE and PHENOMENAL WOMAN! She has a gift of knowledge to share with up-and-coming leaders! She is so appreciated!

Evelyn McKinney, Manager at United Way of Greater Toledo

Diana’s thoughtful approach to sensitive and unsettling subjects reveal a person who considers the weight of words, and the gravity of trust.

We were privileged and honored to have Diana Patton as our commencement speaker. WOW! I have been with BMC Findlay for 10 years beginning as an Adjunct and ending as Dean of Academic Affairs and Campus Administrator. I have attended nearly 20 graduations and never was there a reaction to the commencement speaker as on that day. Diana spoke on the relentless pursuit to discover “your why.” Not only was there a message for our students, but for all in attendance. I find it interesting that at the same time graduation brings an end, but commencement brings a beginning of a journey
