Speaker, Social Justice and Integrative Health Advocacy Coach, Author, and Attorney

Everything I do is about helping people push past abuse, trauma, adversities, and challenges. I believe young people and adults can rise above their circumstances, thrive, and be successful.

The way I help people rise above their circumstances is by creating strategies and products that are beautifully inspiring, simple to implement, and positively contagious.

And I happen to have an integrative and authentic school care strategy called RISE. Perhaps you may be interested in implementing this strategy at your school.

I have extensive executive level corporate and non-profit experiences. I am becoming the leading expert in Social Justice and Integrative Health Coaching and Advocacy in high schools, colleges, and organizations. I support counselors and those in the “helps” profession in their self-care, personal advocacy efforts. I also conduct legal advocacy.

I also offer professional development to school districts and organizations seeking to evaluate, examine, and/or modify current practices to be more responsive to the vital clients they serve.

I speak to business professionals to help them “Find Their Why” through their own personal story to better serve and mentor others. My autobiography, Inspiration in My Shoes, helps me share how I was able to push past trauma, adversities, and abuse to find my why and serve others.

I currently serve on the Polly Fox Academy Board (an alternative school for pregnant and mothering adolescents) and the University of Toledo Health and Human Services Board (to improve the human condition).

I look forward to meeting you. Feel free to contact me.

Looking for a more formal bio? I can email one to you after we meet.
